We collect your name, email address, mobile number and, where required, identity verification documents. We also log the device and IP address used at registration to protect your account from unauthorised access.

We store the transaction reference, date, time and amount for each deposit or withdrawal. Your UPI PIN and bank login credentials are never passed to us — those stay with your bank and the payment processor.

Yes. Log in, go to Settings, then Privacy and Data, and select Download My Data. We will prepare a file with all personal data we hold and make it available to you within seven working days of your request.
