A breach may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, depending on severity. Any funds held in a verified account at the time of closure are returned to your registered UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe account after investigation.

Submit a written data access request through our support email, including your account ID and a government-issued photo ID. We acknowledge all requests within 48 hours and deliver the data summary within the period mandated by applicable Indian law.

These Terms require that you are of the minimum legal age to participate in online gaming activity as defined by the applicable law in your state or territory. We do not specify a single age threshold here because it varies by jurisdiction within India.

Disputes are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where you hold your account, subject to any mandatory local consumer-protection statutes. We encourage you to first contact our compliance desk before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

Accounts and any associated balance are strictly non-transferable under these Terms. Attempts to transfer an account, sell access credentials, or assign account rights to a third party will result in immediate account suspension and review of the balance held.
